Overview

We ship ONLY to the 48 CONTIGUOUS states of America.

Orders placed after 12:30pm Pacific time will be shipped usually the following BUSINESS day (Mon – Fri).

Orders are packed and shipped either via USPS (pistols, mags, etc.) or UPS (rifles or multiple items over 8lbs) from the warehouse/fulfillment located in Southern California.

Tracking number will be emailed to you after the item(s) have been shipped. The tracking number is also in your Account page.

Shipping Rates

FLAT RATE SHIPPING (8 LBS AND UNDER)
Flat rate shipping rate applies to Pistols and other Accessories which usually weigh 8 pounds and under.

    • Pacific Zone [PDT]: CA, NV, OR, WA – $9.95
    • Mountain Zone [MDT]: AZ, CO, ID, MT, NM, UT, WY – $12.95
    • Central Zone [CDT]: AL, AR, IA, IL, KS, LA, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, OK, SD, TX, WI – $14.95
    • Eastern Zone [EDT]: CT, DE, FL, GA, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV – $16.95

WEIGHT BASED SHIPPING (OVER 8 LBS)
Weight based shipping rate applies usually to Rifles (or multiple items) which weigh over 8 pounds.

    • Weight Based Rates: Flat rates apply PLUS incremental charge according to weight over 8 pounds. Check your cart for actual value.

Tracking

To track your order, go to your My Account page, then click on Orders.

View your order and you’ll find the tracking button there.

If you don’t have an account and you need the tracking information, you’ll find them in the ‘Completed Order’ email sent to you.

Missing / Damage on Arrival /Mis-shipped Orders

  • All missing package/DOA package claims must be submitted to AirsoftGuns4Sale.com (support@airsoftguns4sale.com) within 24-48 hours from the delivery date. Once identified as carrier’s fault, Customer Service will assist the customer to initiate the shipping claim process and submit any required document to the shipping carrier. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the carrier to review the claim.

  • All mis-shipped order claims must be submitted to AirsoftGuns4Sale.com (support@airsoftguns4sale.com) within 24-48 hours from the delivery date. Once identified as shipper’s fault, Customer Service will issue a call tag for the customer. The correct replacement will be shipped out once the mis-shipped package is in transit.

Undeliverable / Refused Shipments

Buyers are always required to provide a correct, safe and deliverable shipping address when making purchase. Legitimate orders that are returned to shipper as “undeliverable” or “refused delivery by recipient” will be charged an additional fee.

  • For undeliverable (including rejected) package via USPS, when the package is returned to the Warehouse/Fulfillment in good resalable condition, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. For undeliverable (including rejected) package via UPS, when the package is returned to the Warehouse/Fulfillment in good resalable condition, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. There will also be an undeliverable returns adjustment & correction charge incurred by UPS and AirsoftGuns4Sale.com will apply incurred charges to our customer.

  • For any incorrect shipping address if corrected by UPS, there will be shipping address adjustment & correction charge incurred by UPS and AirsoftGuns4Sale.com will apply incurred charges to our customer.
