CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/REFUND

  • RETURNS are accepted within 20 days after the customer received the package/order.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested first before returning the merchandise.
  • Returned merchandise must be in resellable condition.
  • Returned merchandise must include everything that came with it (instruction manual, tools, accessories, etc.). Otherwise, additional fee will be imposed.
  • Returned merchandise in abused condition will be rejected and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost (Ground Service only) of returning the merchandise. For reimbursement, read below.

RETURN: Unopened Box

This is the case when you changed your mind. Follow these steps…

  • Request for the RMA number. Use the form below.
  • Check your email inbox for the reply (usually within 2 business days) with the RMA number in it.
  • Once you receive the RMA number, follow the instructions in the email.
  • NOTE: The RMA number is valid for 15 days only. If the return item is not received within 15 days from the issued date of RMA number, the case will be closed.
  • For valid return(s), your REFUND includes, if any, original shipping cost.
  • Reimbursement – customer is responsible for the shipping (Ground Service only) and handling costs for any return item. After the return was received and inspected – and verified unopened – the customer will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost (Ground Service only).

WARNING: If the returned box was deemed by our technician to have been opened and repackaged, your return will be treated as an Open Box Return (see below).

RETURN: Opened Box

This is the case when you changed your mind but have opened the box already. Follow these steps…

  • Request for the RMA number. Use the form below.
  • Check your email inbox for the reply (usually within 2 business days) with the RMA number in it.
  • Once you receive the RMA number, follow the instructions in the email.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost (Ground Service only) of returning the merchandise.
  • NOTE: The RMA number is valid for 15 days only. If the return item is not received within 15 days from the issued date of RMA number, the case will be closed.
  • For opened/unused return, your REFUND (includes, if any, original shipping cost), less 25% restocking fee, will be processed upon receipt of the returned package.
  • For opened/used return, your REFUND (includes, if any, original shipping cost), less 35% restocking fee, will be processed upon receipt of the returned package. Return of abused merchandise will be rejected.
  • All returns will be inspected thoroughly by service technicians for used/unused condition of the merchandise.

WARNING: If any of the item(s) in the returned box was deemed by our technician to have been abused, you will be informed and the package will be returned to you at your own expense. If there’s no communication from you, the item(s) will be kept for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, the item(s) will be disposed.
