CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • RETURNS are accepted within 20 days after the customer received the package/order.
  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of online shopping, NO REFUND is offered on returns. Instead, STORE CREDIT is issued on returns.
  • Store account is required to receive store credit. Click here to register for an account.
  • Returned merchandise must be in resellable conditionnot defective. For defective merchandise, see Warranty.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested first before returning the merchandise.
  • Returned merchandise must include everything that came with it (instruction manual, tools, accessories, etc.). Otherwise, additional fee will be imposed.
  • Any returned airsoft gun without its orange tip will not be accepted due to Federal regulation and will be discarded.
  • Returned merchandise in abused condition will be rejected and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the merchandise.

RETURN: Unopened Box

  • Request for the RMA number  (see instruction at bottom of page).
  • Check your email inbox for the reply (usually within 2 business days) with the RMA number in it.
  • Once you receive the RMA number, follow the instructions in the email.
  • NOTE: The RMA number is valid for 15 days only. If the return item is not received within 15 days from the issued date of RMA number, the case will be closed.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the merchandise.
  • For valid return(s), you will receive Store Credit less the original shipping cost.

WARNING: If the returned box was deemed by our technician to have been opened and repackaged, your return will be treated as an Open Box Return (see below).

RETURN: Opened Box

  • Request for the RMA number (see instruction at bottom of page).
  • Check your email inbox for the reply (usually within 2 business days) with the RMA number in it.
  • Once you receive the RMA number, follow the instructions in the email.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the merchandise.
  • NOTE: The RMA number is valid for 15 days only. If the return item is not received within 15 days from the issued date of RMA number, the case will be closed.
  • For opened/unused return, 25% restocking fee will be imposed on your Store Credit. 
  • For opened/used return, 35% restocking fee will be imposed on your Store Credit. 
  • All returns will be inspected thoroughly by service technicians has the final say on the used/unused condition of the merchandise.
  • Return of abused merchandise will be rejected.

Unqualified Return For Refund

When the item is received and deemed to be an unqualified return (as per conditions above and/or technician’s determination), THE MERCHANDISE WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

The customer will be informed about the unqualified return. If there’s no communication from the customer, the item(s) will be kept for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, the item(s) will be disposed.
